Returns are for store credit only

If items arrive damaged, we will ship out a replacement free of charge.  Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.  Please contact us at ciaobeautifulstore@gmail.com

We are happy to accept returns and will issue a store credit for the amount of the item{s}. Exchanges for the same style in a different size will always be free if available.  For all other returns there is a flat $7.95 processing fee for 1-2 items or $10.95 processing fee for 3 or more items that is simply deducted from the store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items that are marked 'final sale' in the title or product page, are not returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged like swimsuit, undergarments, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Store credit expires 1 year after being issued
